10 Months in France.
The road to studying in France.Tsuji Culinary Group offers a French campus located near a château on the outskirts of Lyon, where students can immerse themselves in authentic French cuisine and pâtisserie. The program includes 5 months of study at the French campus, followed by 5 months of on-the-job training (stage).
This official training program, conducted with a student visa issued by the French government, provides students with hands-on experience in restaurants and pâtisseries across France, including prestigious 3-star establishments.Note: The French campus is available to graduates of Tsuji Culinary Institute Tokyo.
